Welcome to KSJ Technologies. By browsing our website, requesting a quotation, or contracting our software engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Engagement Scope

KSJ Technologies provides custom software engineering, website development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, API integration, and ongoing maintenance. Every bespoke engagement is defined by a distinct Scope of Work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon before commencement.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of all agreed project milestone invoices, all custom source code, design assets, and database schemas crafted specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Open-source third-party dependencies retain their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

3. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of feedback, required API credentials, and content assets by the client is necessary to ensure project milestones are delivered within estimated timeframes.

4. Warranty & Bug Fixing

We provide a standard post-launch support and bug-fixing period for issues identified within the originally agreed scope. Changes or feature expansions outside the original scope are quoted separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

KSJ Technologies will make all reasonable professional efforts to ensure software security and high availability. However, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from third-party hosting failures, domain registrar issues, or external API outages beyond our control.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra.
