Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KSJ Technologies, custom software and web development projects involve dedicated engineering hours, infrastructure setup, and customized design resources from the date of project kickoff.

1. Milestone-Based Payments

Most custom projects are structured around staged milestones (e.g., Discovery & Architecture, UI/UX Prototype, Core Development, QA & Launch). Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, as they correspond to engineering work already delivered.

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. In the event of early termination by the client:

• The client will be billed only for work performed up to the termination date.
• Any unspent portion of advance deposits for uncommenced milestones will be refunded within 14 business days.
• All completed code and designs up to the paid milestones will be handed over to the client.

3. Ongoing Support & Retainer Services

Monthly maintenance and support subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next monthly billing cycle.
